Snazzee Faces Tiger Mascot

For Something Extra Special. Invite our Snazzee Faces Tiger Mascot to your event to make it the one to remember. We will include our very own Mascot together with your face painting booking for an extra £80 per hour or if you wish £40 for dry hire.

We cater for celebration and corporate events indoor and outdoor.

We use FDA approved Face Painting paint designed for professional use on face and body that comply with cosmetic regulations. Face Painting paint goes on with water and comes off with water.  It contains an antibacterial agent which reduces the risk of contamination. Face Painting only on children 3 years and above.

 

Birthday Parties and Celebration Events

£45 to £70 per hour depending on distance, parking restrictions or Congestion/ULEZ charges.

Bookings require a minimum of two hours.

An average of 10-15 guests will be painted per hour.

£25 deposit will be charged to reserve your date and will be applied as a credit towards the hourly rate. Your date will not be booked until payment is received.

48 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required to change the date to another available date/time.

Event dates that are changed/cancelled without 48 hour notice will NOT be refunded.

Group Hourly Rates for Events including Festivals and Corporate Events

£50 deposit will be charged to reserve the date and will be applied as a credit towards the hourly rate.  Your date will not be booked until payment is received.

48 hour rescheduling/cancellation notice is required to change the date.

Event dates that are changed/cancelled without 48 hour notice will NOT be refunded.

*a tip jar will be set out for public events unless otherwise requested.  Tip jars WILL NOT be set out for private picnics or corporate events.

Group Rates for “Pay Per Person” Events

This pricing option is available for any venue who wants their patrons to pay directly; face painted patrons will be charged per person at the time that they are painted.

The venue will not pay an hourly rate unless the event is cancelled without notice.

£3 for smaller cheek designs.

£4 medium cheek designs,  half face designs and arm designs.

£5 for headband designs/full face designs.

An average of 15 faces per hour will be painted.

48 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required to change the date to another available date/time.

Events that are changed/cancelled without 48 hour notice will be billed a £50 cancellation fee to the venue (event sponsor).

SET UP for all events

For small private events, our artist will require 5’ x 5’ area.

We will provide all necessary equipment to set-up.

PLEASE NOTE FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS – Space provided must be shaded, if a tent is required, please let us know in advance. (an extra set-up charge may apply)

 

BREAKS

Artist will have paid breaks for 5-10 minutes every two hours and access to the restroom.

 

Overtime

If requested to extend the booked time, a cost of £70 per hour or £40 per half hour will be charged. Artist will attempt to accommodate request for additional paid time.

 

Other Fees

Should your cheque be returned unpaid, there is a £30 returned cheque fee.
